Welcome to M Group. By using our website, services, or products, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before proceeding.
By accessing or using our services (including digital marketing, web development, graphics design, motion graphics, and consulting), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
M Group offers services including but not limited to:
Web Development (WordPress & Laravel)
Digital Marketing & Lead Management
Social Media Marketing & Campaigns
Graphic Design & Motion Graphics
Branding, Consulting, and CRM Setup
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time with or without notice.
Clients must:
Provide accurate and complete information for project execution.
Respond in a timely manner to feedback or required approvals.
Ensure that all content provided (images, text, video, etc.) is legally owned or licensed.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in project delays.
A 50% Advance payment is required to begin work unless agreed otherwise.
Remaining balance is due upon project milestone delivery.
All fees are non-refundable once services are initiated or delivered.
Late payments may incur a 5% late fee per month.
Timelines will be communicated at project initiation. Delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of communication or delayed approvals) may extend the delivery schedule without penalty to M Group.
Upon full payment, clients retain rights to all final deliverables.
M Group retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio or marketing materials unless a written NDA is signed.
Any third-party resources (stock images, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.
Each project includes a set number of revisions (usually up to 2 rounds unless specified). Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed project brief may be billed separately.
We treat all client data, materials, and communication as strictly confidential. Any sensitive information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except when required by law.
While we strive to provide high-quality services, we do not guarantee specific results (such as rankings, leads, or engagement) unless stated in a written performance agreement.
All services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.
M Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss arising out of or related to the use of our services.
We reserve the right to terminate services for clients who:
Violate these terms
Fail to make payments
Exhibit abusive or unethical behavior toward team members
Clients may terminate the contract in writing at any time. Fees for work already performed are non-refundable.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country or Jurisdiction, e.g., Bangladesh]. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or legal action in local courts.
M Group reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
